The XRC Fender Flares are 100% steel construction, for extra durability. Each XRC Fender Flare is powder coated for immediate use and durability or they can be painted to color match your ride. XRC Fenders are streamline designed to help increase suspension articulation while maintaining the street-ability look. Less is more when it comes to XRC Fender Flares, when the OE fender does not meet your needs.
CJ, YJ and TJ to be used with Smittybilt corner guards
Product is awesome. Disappointed with the diligence of QA/QC !! Wrong instructions for the install were included ( instructions were for a bumper install ) but in a twist of fate.....ordering the bumpers this week!! Haha
Great fitment and easy to install. My girlfriend even said she was skeptical when she first saw them come out of the box but once installed, she thinks they look great. Price is inexpensive compared to the rest of the horribly overpriced flares, out there.
These flares installed with no problem. Look great with the stock inner liners (needed trimmed). Look great.
Went on easy, Looks great. Made my tires shrink, so now i have to buy new ones.
Very easy to install
Easy to install and I love the way my Jeep looks with these flares! Also, great price!
installing these is a breeze, there’s one or 2 bolts that are difficult only because they’re in a hard to reach spot, removal of stock fenders is super easy
These fenders are durable nice looking and are great replacement for the cheap plastic ones that come stock. They were pretty easy to install and I cut the stock wheel well liners to fit and that wasn't to hard either.
Q: Read these are metal on metal when putting them on. Do they come with some type of barrier between this and my car? If not could there be a modification I could order to prevent this. Answer this question
A: I've had these flares for about a year now and there are no issues with the metal to metal both from a rubbing/damage standpoint or noise. They mount inside where the OEM fenders are so it is all in contact with parts that are covered normally. I wouldn't worry and highly recommend.

A: Just metal on metal install is quick and easy might be able to use door edge guard but then it will space it off the fender.

A: No they do not, or do we have anything. You could purchase some thin adhesive backing from a hardware store.

Q: Are these fender flares textured or smooth? Answer this question
A: They are flat and do not protect the jeep at all. Water splashes up on the sides whenever it rains or going thru water
Answered by Melanie from Thrall Texas on 06/16/2023
A: These fender flares are textured.

Q: can you use these on a 2015 JK or does the set for this model have an option for the turn signals? I like the turn signals on my stock fenders but have not found a replacement fender that accommodates this. Answer this question
A: These only fit the JL 2018-up. Yes they have LED DRL’s and turn signals.

Q: Instructions say you must cut and grind 3 of the brackets from body line is that required?? Or can you install without any cutting? Answer this question
A: I was able to snap the middle and rear brackets off by hand after seeing it on a you tube video and it worked great. I used a sawzall with a short blade to cut the front bracket and used the grinder to smooth the edges since I didn’t trust myself to do the actual cut with the grinder. Worked great
Answered by Ron B on 04/20/2021
A: It has to be done for installation.

Q: I currently have a 2 and half inch lift and running 35's. Will this swap allow enough room to go 37's without changing my ride height? I'm digging where it sits now. Answer this question
A: I run 35’s on mine with no lift and love how it sits. Started having some rubbing when I’d turn into a steep lot and these were the perfect solution for getting more clearance without having to lift it and change the stance. You should have no problem with 37’s since you already have the lift
Answered by Ron B on 04/20/2021
A: Yes you can clear 37s no problem.
